Andrea Gils Monzón
Andrea Gils Monzón is the Marketing Director at JacobsEye and is well known for her leadership, strategic thinking, integrated marketing and communication plans, go-to-market insights, and analytical skills. Andrea has a decade of experience in developing and implementing integrated strategic marketing and communications campaigns.
Andrea’s areas of expertise include strategic planning, branding, multicultural marketing, and communications, digital and traditional media relations, event planning, project management, website copywriting/design, research, analytics & measurement.
Andrea also ran multicultural student recruiting for the University of Kentucky. A proud LGBTQIA* and equality advocate, Andrea is a passionate advocate for DEI, serves as PRSA’s National Diversity & Inclusion Immediate Past Chair and has been appointed to the PRSA Strategic Planning Committee responsible for spearheading the PRSA’s next strategic plan, and champions DEI initiatives within JacobsEye. Her multicultural experience includes driving strategy and behavior change among Black, Hispanic, LGBTQIA*, Asian and international segments.
Andrea is a native of Uruguay and speaks native Spanish, English, and Portuguese. She also dabbles in Italian and Chinese but isn’t ready to claim those yet.
