Fern has over 15 years’ experience working in the Advertising industry. She began her career in New York working in agencies such as Campbell Ewald, Y&R, Wells, Rich & Green, and Grey. Her media career includes extensive experience with strategy, negotiations and execution of national, regional, and local accounts working on traditional and digital media campaigns for government/military, non-profit, consumer, entertainment and B2B accounts. Fern has a strong media strategy/planning/buying experience creating plans that encompass a mix of media to maximize branding, awareness, reach, frequency and return on investment. Most recently, Fern has managed all media planning, buying, optimizations and reconciling for JacobsEye’s largest accounts which include Air National Guard, US Secret Service, Naval Foundry and Propeller Center, and the Veterans Affairs accounts totaling over $30M in paid media.

Some of her previous clients include Estee Lauder, Benson and Hedges, USGSA (US General Service Administration), Vanguard, United Healthcare, Capital One, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Tennessee, Petplan, Sony Movies, DC JazzFest, and Cherry Blossom Festival.
